Project Manager, Business Transformation As part of a significant digital transformation programme within this household name charity, an experienced, Senior Business Transformation Project Manager is required to play a leading role to drive my client to become one of the most digitally and data advanced international non-government organisations in the world. The Role Working in a sector that is truly rewarding, The Senior Project Manager will structure & deliver large and complex strategic transformation programmes & projects, as part of a large digital transformation. The Senior Project Manager will hold matrix management responsibilities, including matrix-managing other Project Managers, to deliver multiple programme/project workstreams, and will be responsible for the direction, implementation, executive control and completion of multi-year, multi-million pound programmes & projects across the organisation. Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering transformation projects involving significant amounts of business change Demonstrable end-to-end project/programme management experience from inception to business transition and completion Experience of successfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders within a matrix management environment Strong people engagement skills, coupled with the drive, determination and influencing skills to keep projects on-track, and within timeframes Experience of working within formal methodologies – Waterfall and Agile.
