Are you ready to kick-start your career in administration and make a positive impact in an educational environment? St Mary's College are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Reception/Admin Assistant Apprentice to join their outstanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the welcoming face of the college, providing excellent customer service at the reception.
2. Perform various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
3. Support curriculum admin activities and assist with ParentPay.
4. Manage orders and handle data input for departmental needs.
5. Assist with reprographics as needed.
Skills & Knowledge:
1. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and visitors.
2. Proficiency in IT, particularly in Word and Excel.
3. Minimum grade 4 in Maths and English.
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 or 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
