The Position Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Duration: 15 Months EPA Location: Worcester, WR1 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 17.20 Salary: £16,000 to £18,000 Role and Responsibilities: SPO Evidence Submission: Upload and manage evidence submissions on the Openreach (OR) Portal. Evidence Collection & Merging: Gather required evidence from operatives, ensuring all files are correctly merged before submission. Quality Assurance: Verify that all job packs contain sufficient and accurate evidence before submission. Reporting Deficiencies: Identify and report any missing or insufficient evidence to the relevant team for resolution. Organisational Management: Maintain structured documentation and filing systems to ensure efficiency. Data Management: Import and manage data from multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Daily Civils Updates: Track and update work completion records daily, providing reports as needed Team Coordination: Work closely with the management team to delegate and streamline tasks efficiently. Software & Tools: Utilise Microsoft Office and other relevant platforms to manage documentation and reporting effectively. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Good Attention to Detail Team Worker Confident dealing with internal and external customers Full UK Driving License ( Requirement) Eligibility Criteria Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.
