Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
1. Competitive salary (45,000 - £55,000 DOE)

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
10. Responsible for the production and co-ordination of technical drawings
11. Deliver a range of projects in 2D/3Dusing Autodesk Revit and work within standard BIM workflow processes such as internal reviews and clash detection
12. Assist in the preparation of drawings through all RIBA Work Stages
13. Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications for suitable materials or processes to be used in the production of robust details and associated specifications
14. Attend meetings and site visits as and when required, liaise with internal and outside bodies including contractors and other disciplines to provide technical advice, instruction, and reports, to achieve positive outcomes
15. Lead in the technical architectural design, liaising with other members of the design team and clients, including the review of incoming third-party information to ensure coordinated and well resolved integration of design information
16. Manage multi-disciplinary projects
17. Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
18. Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
19. Help mentor more junior members of staff
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
20. 5 years + UK industry experience
21. Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD advantageous
22. Knowledge of current & emerging technical design, construction and environmental issues, legislative requirements and statutory responsibilities pertaining to the role
23. High technical Standard
24. Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
25. Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
