The STIC Framework for TfL consists of the "Whole Project Life Cycle" of the delivery process. This involves taking a project from feasibility all the way to delivery and handover. Discipline of work can vary from highway, structural upgrades, tunnel refurbishments, and rail projects. The projects are pure engineering, complex, and challenging and require key staff to support a successful outcome. Successful candidates can expect to work in a close-knit team and in close collaboration with both key stakeholders, clients, and partners. Role Requirements
1. 3 years SHE related experience
2. NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
3. Tech. IOSH or AIEMA or equivalent
4. Support and influence Contract Leadership Team, Clients, and other stakeholders in compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance
5. Support and where required deliver training, to allow the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System
6. Coach and support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of the Contract SHE requirements
7. Where required be actively involved in the ongoing assessment of the Contracts Supply Chain Contractors
8. Actively support the delivery of the annual Contract and Group SHE Objectives
9. Actively engage with the Contract SHE Assurance programme to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements
10. Actively support the investigation of all unplanned events and close out of assurance findings, ensuring lessons are shared in accordance with the SHE Management System
11. Support the timely reporting, analysis, and use of SHE data to support and influence the Contract Leadership Team and where required support the development and implementation of data-based improvement plans
12. Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
