About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist. This exciting new role will involve working in collaboration with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, and colleagues from our 10-bedded Learning Disability and Autism inpatient unit.
Main Responsibilities
* Triage, assess, plan, and deliver complex care packages to admission-vulnerable service users across Devon and for those discharged from The Brook
* Ensure proactive liaison with other partner agencies, families, and care providers at every stage of care
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical knowledge, advanced clinical leadership skills, and be able to prioritise and manage workload. They should also have excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.

Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £46,148.00-£52,809.00 per year. Part-time and flexible working applications will be considered and supported where possible.
