We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our office team as a Project and Purchasing Administrator.
Previous construction and purchasing experience are essential along with attention to detail.
This is an office-based role, working hours are 9am until 5.30pm Monday – Friday (40 working hours per week).
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shut down.
The ideal candidate must be willing to learn new skills and integrate into the office team, assisting in all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Ordering materials
2. Raising purchase orders on Sage
3. Receiving deliveries
4. Designing and producing documents
5. Putting quotations together from provided information
6. Making and receiving phone calls
7. Scanning and filing paperwork
8. Updating and maintaining training databases and records
9. Booking Engineers onto training courses
10. Booking equipment in for testing with external companies
11. Arranging accommodation
12. Setting up job packs
13. Data inputting
14. Monitoring email accounts
15. Updating labour plans
16. Undertaking any such task as reasonably required.
