As Reception Manager you will oversee the day to day management of the front desk along with delivering a memorable experience for the guests.

About the position
* Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and maintain to the highest standards
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel
* Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
* Oversee recruitment, training and developing the team
* Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
The successful candidate
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within hotels
* Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* A natural team leader
* A positive can-do attitude
