Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our client based in Gravesend on a Fixed Term 2 Year Contract working on a multi-million pound main project.
Duties
1. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
2. Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
3. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
4. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
5. Implement SAFe methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
6. Maintain a RAID log and ensure timely resolution of any challenges.
7. Identify, assess and manage risks.
Requirements
1. Degree in a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, 5 years + particularly in marine, port or construction projects.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Risk management and problem solving skills.
5. Excellent data analysis skills to assess project performance metrics.
6. Strategic thinking and planning.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
