The Best Connection are an employment agency seeking Warehouse Operative Team Leader for an ongoing temporary to permanent assignment for our client in South East, London.
Hours of work: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday) Pay rate: £13.95 per hour About the Role:
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and showroom, helping provide outstanding customer service, and contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse and showroom staff. Oversee daily operations, including stock management, order fulfilment, and dispatch. Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Train and mentor new team members. Support the management team with administrative tasks as required. This is a temporary to permanent position subject to a satisfactory performance during the probation period.
