Seeking a Golf Services Team Leader to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and train the golf services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage reservations, venue operations, and guest inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of retail areas.
* Execute events, tournaments, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
* Uphold operating procedures and service standards, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
* Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
Critical Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience in golf course management or related hospitality roles.
* Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff.
* Exceptional customer service and communication abilities to create a welcoming environment.
* Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or leisure management.
* Management experience in a high-volume environment is desired.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
