Location:
This role is based in Marlow 3 days per week, 2 days work-from-home with occasional travel to events and to see customers.

Senior Business Solutions Expert
Interfacing with:
Senior BSE, Store Colleagues & Managers, Head of Commercial, Head Office Support Teams.
Experience / Skills Required:
• 5 years+ sales experience with a strong background in a B2B environment.
• Experience in “solution driven” hardware sales including Value Added Resellers are desirable.
• Experience of driving new business leads.
• Proven track record in selling into SME's.
• Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships including C- Suite level clients.
• Flexible approach with a “can-do” positive attitude.
• Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment.
• Previous telco/mobile retail experience is ideal, but not essential.
• Knowledge of the Samsung eco system and a love for all things tech.
• Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning.
Responsible for:
• Achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer service levels in your store/region.
• Delivering self-gen leads from outbound activity.
• Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base.
• Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence in your region, identify relevant market opportunities and apply these insights in your business planning process to achieve your targets.
• Identify, nurture, and develop relationships with key clients and important partner organisations to maximise revenue streams.
