You will: be responsible for the learning and progress of all pupils in allocated classes support and encourage pupils positively, with a compassionate approach to meeting their needs be creative, flexible and an excellent classroom practitioner be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in pupils’ work and conduct in lessons use assessment to aid planning and challenge all pupils have good interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively and effectively with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies in the best interests of the pupils.
