The Technical Sales Manager will cover a strategically important position within Trustech group UK, with the core focus on creating new business demand, both on the short term, and the long term, developing new routes to market, and so generating sales opportunities for TRUSTECH’s GRMS solutions.
Ideally the candidate should already have access to a pipeline of hotel projects (either new or retrofit ones), having existing business relationships with decision makers such as owningcompanies, MEP consultants, Hotel Managers, and Installers/System Integrators.
Key responsibilities:
• The execution of the existing Sales plan
• The generation of sales opportunities through an existing network, networking events and quality meetings with,among others, Consultants and M&E Consultants.
• To increase and grow the sales pipeline, working to convert this pipeline into secured projects through effective project management and tracking.
• To be the client’s liaison on secured projects, undertaking site visits, inspections, and ultimately, project sign-offs
Candidate requirements
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a demonstrable sales track record in securing contracts and frame agreements, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the GRMS arena.
• Have a strong industry knowledge and technical and communication abilities
• Be well networked within the industry.
• Be based in the South East of England.
