As Marketing & Communications Manager for this MK based organisation, you will play an integral role in supporting isolated, vulnerable and disadvantaged people, providing funding for a diverse range of community projects and charitable activities.
This is a part-time (3.5 days a week) 12 month maternity cover contract and key responsibilities include:
* Support with the continued shaping and delivery of the annual marketing plan, leading a compelling and high impact marketing & communication programme across all channels to further raise the profile of the organisation
* Brand planning and positioning
* Maximise relationships with key Milton Keynes press, media and influencers
* Create and design engaging social media and web content
* Planning and delivering the annual events calendar and key campaigns
* Identify and manage third party suppliers
* Line management responsibility of 2 direct reports.
Previous charity/philanthropy experience isn’t needed but you’ll need to demonstrate a true passion for the cause. You’ll be positive and proactive; as a small team, everyone here contributes hugely to the success of the organisation and subsequently, to the people that need it in Milton Keynes!
This a part-time, fixed term contract totalling 3.5 days a week with flexibility over the days/hours worked. Hybrid working is supported with 60% of time office based (Milton Keynes). Ideally looking to start in late January.
