Support within our Projects covers 24 hours a day, with assistance from a dedicated staff team that delivers day and waking night support.
We offer full-time and part-time availability, as well as bank contracts for flexibility.

We require an enthusiastic and dedicated support worker to join the team at this service in providing support for adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs.
The people we support are at the heart of everything we do – they are wonderful individuals and deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and choice.
As a support worker, you will provide physical support for day-to-day living, including personal care, washing, dressing, and general household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and money management. You will monitor, report, and record health conditions and well-being while collaborating with professionals involved in their care. You will provide emotional support, companionship, act as a key worker, and advocate for their wants and wishes. It is essential to ensure that their safety, respect, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
You must be computer literate, as you will need to log daily reports (in-house training will be provided).
