Inclusion Manager and SENDCO Salary: £40,873 pro rata Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: This role is fixed term until the end of June 2025 Location : Castleford College We are looking for an enthusiastic Inclusion Manager and SENDCO to join our fantastic team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed. As an Inclusion Manager and SENDCO you will: Lead a team of staff to provide an outstanding student experience for all students with SEND Facilitate and advise on inclusive practice and quality firs teaching within the classroom for a cohort of students within set curriculum areas Ensure SENDCO statutory duties outlined within the SEND Code of Practice: 0-25 Years are complied with. You will have: GCSE grade A-C/9-4 in English and Maths or equivalent PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification SEND Qualification Experience of identifying the additional needs of learners and producing individual outcomes and plans.
