Key Result Areas DELIVERY Apply payments to accounts / assist with allocations Monitor portal accounts for debit / credit requests Monitor / follow up queries with other departments Create reports for distribution relating to queries Open new customer accounts and ensure they are maintained accurately. Send invoice / statement copies at customer requests Monitor credit control inbox Assist with month end process Assist with telephone queries Ad Hoc admin to assist credit control QUALITY Be professional at all times. Be polite and helpful in all customer communication. To record in detail and be accurate with customer records Willingness to learn & develop skills within credit control COST Taking responsibility for queries / disputes and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Ensuring payments are entered correctly onto customer accounts SAFETY Contribution to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment. Support the Operations Manager in adherence to Health and Safety Regulations at all levels regarding the accounts Office. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels, ensuring regular communication with Credit Control Manager To provide a happy working environment and everyone is aware of their roles. Other Company employees daily contact with Warehouse, returns and sales staff and managers, highlighting problems and identifying actions to solve / prevent problems.
