Our client, an Outstanding rated nursery, is looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. What We’re Looking For
* Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Experience: Proven experience in a nursery setting with leadership or senior responsibilities
* Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of practitioners, creating an inclusive and engaging learning space
* Plan and implement a high-quality curriculum in line with the EYFS framework
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in the room
* Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the wider nursery team
* Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere
* Support team development through mentoring and coaching
* Ensure compliance with nursery policies, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory requirements
