About the Role: This Executive Assistant role will be directly supporting the Managing Director for our Meals Solutions division, with some additional duties around the extended Executive Leadership team. You will be tasked with providing daily administrative and organizational support to the team, along with managing relationships with external PA’s and other Executive Assistants within the business. This will be a diverse and engaging role that will offer fresh challenges and opportunities for exposure to new projects and initiatives. Other duties will include: Providing EA Support to the Managing Director and PA support to the Executive Leadership team Organisation and administrative services Announcement and communications support Creating presentations and documentation for internal and external use Collating monthly HR and finance packs for presentation to the Group Board About You: For this Executive Assistant role, we are seeking a candidate with an established EA or PA background, ideally within a large group. Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, or similar, would be preferable but is not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this role, along with a proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Ideally you will be formally qualified within the EA/PA field and comfortable with producing presentations and communication documents. Experience with Travel Management would also be beneficial. While this is a remote position. travel will be needed to support the Executive Leadership team as necessary, therefore a Full UK Driving License and own transport will be required. Ideally, you will live within a commutable distance of the Northampton area, or our site at Dronfield in order to attend meetings.
