Our client is looking for a E&P Construction Manager to work on a long-term contract position in the North West. This is the opportunity to work on a long-term contract with a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage resource allocation, including labour, plant, and material resources.
* Implement and drive health and safety standards across projects.
* Manage sub-contractors and liaise with additional stakeholders.
* Oversee sub-stations, power supply, and feeder works.
* Utilise LV and HV experience to ensure project success.
* Ensure effective delivery of E&P projects, driving work progress.
* Ensure projects are delivered according to quality and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
* Significant experience in rail electrification and construction management.
* Strong knowledge of power and distribution systems within the rail sector.
* Proven delivery experience on E&P projects.
* Understanding of sub-stations, power supply, and feeder works.
* Experience with both LV and HV systems.
* Excellent organisational and resource management skills.
* PTS certification is mandatory.
* Valid UK driving license is required.
* Electrical Engineering qualifications are preferred.
