Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Embroidery Operator located in Southam. The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines to produce various designs on fabrics and garments. Daily tasks include selecting thread and fabric, ensuring machines are properly maintained, monitoring production to detect and correct any defects, and performing routine machine maintenance.
Qualifications
* Experience in setting up and operating embroidery machines
* Knowledge of embroidery design software and techniques
* Attention to detail and high levels of precision
* Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work on-site in Southam
* Previous experience working in textile or garment production is a plus
