We are seeking to appoint an experienced and inspiring Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and SEND. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEN education, experience working with children and families with a range of additional needs and be innovative and passionate in role. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and dedicated leader of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion and SENDCo will be responsible for the strategic leadership of SEND throughout school, ensuring that all aspects of Inclusion and SEND provision, including the Adapted Curriculum, are prioritised within the school. As a member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will drive forward the school's commitment to supporting all students, particularly those with additional needs, ensuring that they all have access to an ambitious, high-quality education across all aspects of the curriculum.
