We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to manage all aspects of administration for a Civil Engineering project in Saltend, near Hull. This role involves working in a live site environment on a 12-month contract covering earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete structures, paving, and drainage.
The Administrator will work 18 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options, such as two full days or four half-days (e.g., 09:00 – 13:30 or 10:00 – 14:30).
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Opening and distributing incoming post & emails
2. Photocopying, scanning, printing
3. Answering calls and emails
4. Coordinating deliveries to site
5. Managing invoices and receipts
6. Uploading documents to our in-house system and external portals
7. Stationery orders
Skills/Background:
1. Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications
2. Experience in construction is beneficial but not essential
