Support the department manager in undertaking personal development reviews, risk assessments and management, managing clinical incidents, department audits, data collection for nursing indicators and use of Power Bi. To identify and monitor care priorities and organise workload for Fertility patients in the Division. Competent in USS/Embryo Transfers or commence training within 6 months of commencing employment. Deliver skilled, high quality, expert and evidence-based Fertility nursing care to all patients and their families attending the department. To undertake nursing interventions consistent with evidence-based practice, transferring and applying knowledge and skills to meet the patient and partners needs. To deliver care in accordance with identified standards and contribute toward department the monitoring and development of standards. To be competentand abide by statutory rules and regulations concerning the safe custody and administration of drugs to all patients.
