In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments.Responsibilities:- Monitor the email inbox for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.- Handle inbound calls from customers, aiding and resolving issues effectively.- Log service requests and job details accurately into the system.- Coordinate with the engineering team to book and reschedule appointments as needed.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service desk.Requirements:- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
