This is an exciting opportunity for an individual keen to start their career in HR who also has a passion for making a wider impact on the outcomes for children. The role is varied and provides the opportunity to work alongside colleagues at all levels from the central operational teams to academy based staff and senior leaders.
The role is offered on a temporary basis for a period of 12 months in the first instance, but this may be extended subject to future staffing requirements.
Professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skills will be essential, as you will often be the first point of contact within the department.
To be successful, you will need demonstrable experience of prioritising workload and time management. You must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team. All work must be presented to a high standard with special care and attention given to detail. Experience of working within an HR office environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
