Job summary This post is fixed term / secondment until 31/07/2025 to meet the needs of the service. You will be required to provide executive support at Executive Director level and be able to demonstrate excellent management and organisational skills, have knowledge of a wide range of standard office software, and have the ability to develop effective working relationships with different levels and disciplines within the organisation. The role is full time, working Monday-Friday. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Executive Medical Director's office/function and will ensure that the business is managed effectively and efficiently. The post holder will handle highly confidential and sometimes very contentious and sensitive information of a personal, financial and political nature and will therefore be relied upon to observe and comply with specific and implied confidentiality rules and policies. The post holder is expected to work flexibly to support the Executive Medical Director, and assist and support other colleagues if required this includes working as part of a team with the other Executive Assistants/Senior Executive Assistants providing cover as required.
