Job Summary

I have partnered with an international branding agency based in London who is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join their growing client services team. They are renowned for creating compelling brand identities that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage up to two key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and delivery.
2. Develop detailed project briefs, time plans, and budgets while managing the production of work.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for all account needs.
4. Identify opportunities for business development and account growth within key clients.
5. Support and collaborate with the senior client services team to drive strategic initiatives.
6. Lead weekly and bi-weekly client status meetings to ensure seamless project execution.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience in account management within branding and design agencies.
2. Must have hospitality experience, with a deep understanding of the industry.
3. Strong background in brand strategy development and implementation on global accounts.
4. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary & Benefits
1. £50,000-£55,000 (DOE)
