Opportunity for a Registered Manager to work on a Permanent Contract, based across Northamptonshire. We're seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead our Home in Northampton. Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
3. Provide strong leadership and management to a dedicated team of residential support workers.
4. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs of each person.
5. Create a positive and supportive environment that promotes well-being and development.
6. Manage budgets and resources to ensure smooth running.
7. Build strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and healthcare professionals.
8. Lead and manage inspections.
9. Safeguard and promote the welfare of individuals.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent). The role will be on a Full Time - Permanent Contract.
