Job Duties:
As a KS3 English and Maths SEN Outreach Tutor, your main responsibilities include providing tailored support to students with special educational needs in English and Maths at the Key Stage 3 level. You will create individualised learning plans, deliver engaging lessons, and assess student progress to ensure academic improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Strong knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proficiency in assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, either in a school environment or within the students' homes. The position is part-time and temporary, with flexible hours based on student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
