Job Description
This role will involve working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives. You'll be required to manage the store safely, legally, and efficiently, while also developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets
* Managing the store team, coaching and developing team members, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
* Ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
