Education, Training and Qualifications
* Fully qualified Accountant (CCAB or other equivalent)
* Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
Knowledge and Experience
* Substantive experience in a large and complex organisation
* Extensive experience at a strategic level
* Achieved results in difficult financial climates in an organisation with limited opportunities to increase profit/income
* Experience leading the implementation of service improvement including complex change management programmes at a management level
* Experience managing risk associated with service change
Leadership and Management Skills
* Strategic vision, capable of formulating financial strategies while addressing operational needs
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to adopt flexible approaches to achieve the best outcomes for the organization
