As an ATTR Healthcare Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing partnerships with newly formed regional amyloidosis spoke sites to increase capability and capacity of diagnosis and treatment in centres of expertisedelivering value to both the NHS and AstraZeneca. You will work in collaboration with the NHS to shape the environment to ensure that AstraZeneca is positioned as a leader in this space. You will also work across centres referring into the network to increase suspicion of ATTR and referrals. This is a commercial role with regional accountability, offering unrivalled opportunities to progress and succeed in our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. Accountabilities: You will anticipate patient access barriers and opportunities, creating and implementing plans to optimise pathways and accelerate diagnosis and treatment. You will establish external and internal networks, attend relevant conferences, and work closely with the head office cross-functional team. Your role will involve increasing the number of patients diagnosed with amyloidosis regionally, developing and maintaining regional account plans, and ensuring compliance with all AZ governance policies. Essential Skills/Experience: - Demonstrated experience of clinical pathway design and delivery - Familiarity with NHS partners, structures, processes, clinical pathways & guidelines - Proven ability to collaborate successfully with senior internal and external partners - Experience of influencing successfully in a complex organisation - Familiarity with NHSE Specialised Commissioning - Evidence of design and implementation of scalable collaborative programmes to improve population health - Demonstrated account management experience, including partner mapping - Experience in a direct customer-facing role - Demonstrated examples of successful market shaping activities - Understanding of specialised models of care in the NHS - Ability to articulate complex information succinctly and impactfully - Evidence of effective negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Desirable Skills/Experience: - Experience in rare diseases, amyloidosis, haematology, or heart failure - Experience of working within ahub and spoke model in the NHS - Digital medical expertise At AstraZeneca, we are driven by the solutions we bring to the healthcare ecosystem.
