I am currently looking for a Part-time HR Coordinator for a premium hotel in central London! This is a 24-hour contract, ideally 3 days a week, 9am – 5:30pm. This is a site-based role. £14.50 per hour + Tronc. Beautiful property with focus on exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* To take ownership and ensure the HR systems are constantly maintained with updated information
* To arrange and assist in maintaining company training requirements.
* To manage and action daily HR administration tasks
* To ensure that all uniforms are ordered and supplied correctly to new employees and the correct process is completed for the return of uniform.
* Supporting in the organisation of monthly team events and awards
* Processing new employee and leaver documentation and issuing contractual amendments
* To assist in maintaining notice boards / e-boards with up-to-date team information
* Support with diarising probation reviews
* Conduct thorough reports and audits for HR purposes
* Assist with issuing supportive documentation to team
* Assist with note taking and acting as HR representative in meetings a required
