Position Summary Analyst – Global Events and AV Operations Specialist - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Work you’ll do In this role, you will work closely with global customers and internal teams to ensure customers have high-quality collaborative experiences. You are responsible for providing effective and efficient solutions to customer problems and will be expected to recommend process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. You may plan meetings, video conferences and other events, either independently or in conjunction with US Meeting and Event Services, US Event Enablement, or Global Program Teams and may offer consultation during the entire lifecycle of the event and act as a central point of contact for individuals involved in the event. This position is privy to sensitive information, including C-Suite level meetings. As a team member, you will regularly interface with senior leaders within the team and throughout Deloitte and will assist in supporting our evolving operational strategies to achieve production and firm strategic objectives. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting all production and technical aspects of an event – supporting planning calls, event execution, troubleshooting and post-production work and adhere to set deadlines for delivery of assigned work Work on tasks that are most often straightforward, routine, structured and guided by established policies and procedures. Make calculated decisions on routine matters usually within the confines of the job's own group. Specific job activities and results are typically reviewed closely. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Required Technical Skills: 1-2 years customer support, live event production, intake, and workflow experience Intermediate-level Experience with event technology platforms and AV equipment. Should have exposure to producing events on Virtual and Web Conferencing Platforms Experience on troubleshooting L1/L2 incidents related to Virtual Event Platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc. including having the ability to recommend technical workarounds as needed Working knowledge on videoconference products such as the Poly X30/50/70, Clariti Manager etc. including the ability of troubleshoot L1/L2 issues from the platform UI Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite Experience working on ticketing applications such as ServiceNow is essential Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Sharepoint, Tableau, Visio and/or basic graphic design skills are a bonus. Education: BE/B Tech Good to have Ability to communicate well across all levels of management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience communicating with a diverse audience, including the ability to propose solutions and explanations in writing. Ability to juggle different tasks and collaborate with multiple teams to oversee events Assertive, capable of following directions, and implementing projects with supervision. Flexible, calm, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high stress environment. Location : Bangalore Shift Timings: 24x5 (Mon – Fri). Shifts between 5:30 AM and 8:30 PM.
