This is a tremendous opportunity to join our agency’s social media team applying your creative thinking to integrate your ideas into wider client campaigns.
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our social media team, someone who can bring creative flair for conceptualising social content and ideas.
The opportunity will suit you if you have proven experience across paid and organic social, preferably 2 years, working with multiple clients, with a complete understanding of what makes good creative.
You’ll need to be experienced in social media as well as the wider marketing landscape so that social campaigns use any or all media channels or any other creative approach if it will fulfil the client brief.

The Social Media Manager role includes:
* Developing organic social media campaigns with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Working with the social team throughout the year to ensure our campaigns are being activated to the highest standard, constantly looking for ways to level up.
* Analyse the long-term needs of the client’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.
* Liaise with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
* Build and maintain great client relationships across multiple industries and markets.
* Manage the social media output for our client partners (content development, ensuring the client has approved the assets, scheduling and community management).
* Create captivating content for social channels.
* Manage influencer relationships.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, drawing inspiration from successful content campaigns.
* Collaborate with our paid teams for integrated campaign delivery.
* Develop and oversee competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand.
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to contribute to proposals, share ideas and expertise and problem solve to ensure a high quality and seamless experience for our brand partners.
* Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends.
* Set measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI).
* Achieve agreed agency rates for work, which in turn will ensure that agency client accounts are profitable.
* Monitor client spend so that they are aligned with allocated budgets.
