We are seeking an experienced Income Officer to join a reputable Housing Association in the South West region. This is a permanent position that requires strong skills in income management and debt recovery.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating payment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice, and preparing applications for court.
* Knowledge of local authority benefits and government policies is essential.
This role involves working closely with residents to understand their financial situations and develop personalized plans to manage their debts.
As an Income Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability of our residents while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

A salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum is offered for this position, depending on experience.
