Cost Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Cost Manager to support the delivery of an extensive programme of work comprising of new build facilities and refurbishment to support current and future operations on the Client site.

Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines, including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and programme management, to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.
Some of your accountabilities will be…
1. Drive performance standards and technical excellence through expert communication.
2. Support Project Manager(s) and Programme Manager in Monthly Finance and Delivery Reviews.
3. In addition to the management functions, the Cost Manager will also be required to support on Cost Engineering functions, by working with the Project Manager(s) to provide informed forecasts for the Project (for the Financial Year and Project Lifecycle).
4. Collaborate with the Project Planner to ensure forecasts are informed and aligned to the programme.
5. Review and Track Costs and Forecasts to ensure and demonstrate continued affordability.
6. Produce Cost Reporting Outputs in a timely manner for month end reporting, inputting into all relevant internal financial systems.
7. Attending monthly supplier Project Meetings and carry out associated contract administration as required.
We are looking for…
Experience of working in a wider Project Controls or Commercial team on complex projects.
You will have a detailed working knowledge of cost engineering functions, cost control and cost analysis, preferably from a nuclear or highly regulated environment.

This position is hybrid with 3 days per week at the office in Glasgow City Centre.
