A well-respected specialist school near Godalming is looking for a Pastoral Assistant - Aspiring Educational Psychologist to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The students range between 10 and 16 years old and face a variety of challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioral issues. The students need an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be a consistent role model, committed to building strong relationships, empathetic, and ready for a challenge! The school is located in the beautiful Surrey Hills and has on-site parking.
The ideal candidate must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. Experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting is preferred. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling are encouraged to apply.

£80-£100 per day, Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4pm, term time only
Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD is provided to ensure the safeguarding of all students.
