Job Description:
Exciting opportunity to join the Shooting Stars Kings Norton team as a Full-time Nursery Nurse!
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Essential Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 recognised childcare qualification.
Essential Experience: Experience working in a children’s day nursery; for Senior Nursery Nurse role, team leader experience.
Hours: Full time / 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 7.30am and 6pm. We are open all year round, except bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Enthusiasm & commitment to delivering high quality childcare.
* Knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, working with children with Special Educational Needs.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures.
* A Key Person, building relationships & working in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
* For Senior Nursery Nurse role; motivation and dedication to training and development of leadership skills. Ability to work alongside and support the Room Leader to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and liaise with the management team where needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification.
* Experience working in a children’s day nursery.
* For Senior Nursery Nurse role, team leader experience is required.
