About the Role 100Fold CIC is looking for Summarisers to provide a medical note summarising service to various Practices in the locality. You will summarise and read code relevant information from patients clinical records into the practice computer system, working strictly in accordance with the practice notes summarising protocol. You will be computer literate and able to travel to different various practices in your chosen area. The ability to use EMIS competently is highly desirable.
