We are looking to recruit a talented People Partner to join our People team.
As a true Business Partner, you will manage and develop relationships with leaders across the areas you support working together to meet the objectives set out in Trust’s business and people strategy.
You will provide sound advice, guidance and support within all aspects of the employee lifecycle to create an excellent employee experience for everyone at Trust. Alongside operational work there is also the opportunity to lead or contribute to our people-related project work in areas such as compensation & benefits, EDI and more.

This is a great opportunity for those with Business Partnering experience or a senior HR Advisor with HR generalist experience supporting Business Partners across a diverse stakeholder group and looking for the next step to becoming a People Partner. We would particularly welcome those with some experience in the area of compensation & benefits.
As a national housing and care provider some travel throughout Scotland will be required on occasion.

* Competitive salary of £39,336 to £42,533 (pay award pending)
