Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee and manage their Lettings portfolio in the Northeast region, based in their Wakefield office. This exciting role involves handling a diverse portfolio of predominantly high-end HMO and residential properties. Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a background in the lettings industry and possess the drive, enthusiasm, and skills to develop business in a new area while meeting targets. Exceptional communication, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-level service are crucial. Responsibilities: Conducting property viewings Uploading properties to various advertising portals Handling inquiries proactively Preparing and sending tenancy agreements via DocuSign Registering deposits Performing inventories, check-outs, and addressing end-of-tenancy issues Regular reporting to landlords, keeping them updated on their properties Proactively finding solutions to rent rooms and reporting to the Area Manager Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and own car are essential Previous experience as a Letting Agent (2 year preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: Bonus scheme Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Letting Agent: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: Driving License (required) If you are interested in applying for the role, please contact Jack Cooke at AMR today
