National Account Executive - Graduate
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 8.30 - 17.00 (Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours)
Location: Dunstable

Our client is a multinational company with a UK division and factories across Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive.
This position requires the ability to build strong customer relationships and to execute sales strategies that drive growth within a portfolio of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities: National Account Executive
* B2B Account Management:
o Cultivate and manage relationships with B2B and wholesale accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth.
o Identify and prospect new customers, building a pipeline of opportunities.
o Develop customised sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs and company business objectives.
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and work closely with supply chain to ensure high service levels for customers.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Market & Competitive Analysis:
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
o Use Kantar data to monitor the market and create reports on market developments for the sales team. Work with Account Managers to create customer-specific market insight presentations (training will be given) to use during business and category review meetings.
* Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, technical) to ensure client needs are supported and understood.
o Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationships with customers.
o Be able to cover office management tasks such as post, courier, and site visits when the Commercial Assistant is away.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: National Account Executive
* Educated to degree level or of graduate calibre.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
* Able to demonstrate experience of working to targets.
* Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
* PC literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
* Live within 20 miles or easy commutable distance of Dunstable.
