Salary: £100,000-£120,000 Gross per annum (depending on experience)

Private Personal Assistant for a creative entrepreneur and her family in Notting Hill, responsible for managing a fully staffed team, organizing international travel, coordinating a busy social and professional calendar, and ensuring seamless operations in a high-demand environment.
\n\n
On behalf of one of our long-standing VIP clients, we are recruiting for an experienced Private Personal Assistant to support an awesome creative entrepreneur and her family in their home in Notting Hill.
\n\n
The family home is a very busy environment, so you will manage a fully staffed team of nannies, housekeepers, drivers and security personnel to ensure rotas and schedules run smoothly, the team are up-to-date with the family’s movements and to ensure there is sufficient cover during holidays and times of illness.
\n\n
The family travels internationally and would like the candidate to organise their private and commercial travel from flights, VIP arrivals, on the ground transport, itineraries, reservations and activities. They would like their assistant to travel with them on occasion. You will manage the Principal’s social calendar and a very busy diary, ensuring the logistics for everything has been thought of and managed in advance. You will be required to manage their member’s clubs and restaurant reservations and be very in the know of what is going on in London.

Whilst this is a hugely exciting opportunity, you must be accustomed to working to the highest standards, be very much a team player and be very flexible to all requests. You must have experience of working in a similar role in a fully staffed private home, ideally have experience working in luxury hospitality or similar, with excellent verifiable references.

To be considered for this role you must;

* Have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a PA within an UHNW family home
\n\t
* Have a valid passport
\n\t
* Be eligible to work in the UK
\n\t
* Have excellent contactable references
\n\t
* Be degree educated
