Due to our growth in the Higher Education sector, we are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our HE sales team. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and development within our high-performing Public Sector Sales team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Find: Identify new accounts through self-generation activities, referrals, social media, and marketing efforts; identify growth opportunities within existing customers; collaborate with partners and Microsoft to expand our product reach.
2. Win: Manage the full sales cycle using CRM, working with presales solution architects for new and existing clients.
3. Grow: Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, oversee project delivery, maintain commercial relationships, facilitate renewals, and work with Microsoft account teams to grow account share.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Motivated, goal-oriented, energetic, and focused.
* Proven sales success with a track record of exceeding quotas.
* Experience in solution sales, preferably in IT, services, or managed projects.
* Strong understanding of the software market, including SaaS, hosted applications, and electronic office products.
* Experience in developing routes to enterprise and mid-market customers.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
* Proven ability to acquire new business and work independently.
* Formal sales training from reputable organizations is preferred.
