About the Role As an ECT Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to: Work across various secondary schools in Oldham, adapting to different classroom environments and building confidence in diverse settings. Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere that aligns with school policies. Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from senior staff, supporting your progression through your Early Career Framework. Build positive relationships with students and staff, making each placement a rewarding experience. Requirements QTS or QTLS status (or currently completing). Genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons on short notice.
