Location: Thames Valley Park, Reading, United Kingdom (Flexible)
As a Sales Head – Cloud, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our cloud solutions. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies that expand our customer base and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across various industries (SMEs, enterprises, and public sector) through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
* Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to expand the adoption of our cloud services, collaborating with the marketing team to craft campaigns and sales materials.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM tools to track and report on progress.
* Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, address customer queries, and position cloud solutions to meet their business needs.
* Market Insights: Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.) are a plus.
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud services sales, with a proven track record in generating new business and driving revenue.
* Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools.
* Additional: Eligible to work in the UK. Willing to travel within the UK.
