Role Overview:
Head of Europe Sales is responsible for driving revenue targets for IMSS Europe, focusing on Infra and Security Services (EE/EN/NN). This role involves leading a hybrid sales team, personally contributing to sales growth, generating leads, and collaborating with various internal teams to consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market-Facing Responsibilities:
* Achieve annual sales targets aligned with the Europe Revenue Plan.
* Identify and acquire Must Have Accounts (MHAs) for Infra and Security Services.
* Develop a coordinated approach for Global Accounts to improve sales success.
* Optimize pricing strategies for revenue and profitability.
* Work with Marketing and Inside Sales to generate leads through events, outbound campaigns, and external agencies.
* Build relationships with CXOs to enhance deal success.
* Leverage Alliance Partners for new logo acquisition.
* Drive brand awareness through various marketing channels, including social media and analyst firms.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Set vision and foster a winning culture within the sales team.
* Develop annual Revenue and GTM Plan in line with the company’s financial goals.
* Collaborate with Geo Heads on the NN strategy for Europe.
* Regularly review and adjust strategies to meet the revenue plan.
* Work with Inside Sales and external agencies for effective lead generation.
* Ensure BDM incentive plans align with revenue goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualification: BE/M.Tech and/or MBA.
* Experience: 15-18 years in Infra and Security Services sales, with at least 3 years as a Sales Head in Europe.
* Proven track record of meeting sales goals and acquiring new clients.
* Strong experience in the full sales cycle and GTM strategy execution.
* Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
* Experience working with Alliance Partners and mentoring BDMs.
